Own production work and be accountable for outcomes
Explain what you built, defend your choices, and share learnings from challenges faced
Collaborate with a mentor to define projects based on team priorities and personal strengths
Learn how to navigate technical decisions and understand high-impact work at scale
Gain exposure across functions and expand your professional network
Qualification
Required
Graduating senior, recent graduate or early-career engineer (2024–2026)
Ability to take something from idea to a working product
Ability to clearly explain what you built and defend the choices made
Eagerness to take on real responsibility and accelerate growth
Availability for a full-time fellowship (not enrolled in school or higher education studies)
Willingness to work in-person five days a week in San Francisco
