Responsibilities

Lead business analysis efforts across large-scale, cross-functional initiatives

Partner closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements

Translate business challenges into actionable functional and technical specifications

Develop process flows, use cases, and current/future state documentation

Ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements sessions with leadership and delivery teams

Guide and mentor junior analysts, promoting best practices and quality standards

Support testing efforts by identifying acceptance criteria and validating successful outcomes

Serve as the primary liaison across business, product, and technical teams
