Responsibilities
Performs audits for the National Marketing Center's reservations for accuracy, and to errors made
Responsible for sending and resending confirmation emails and/or letters for reservations or sales presentations as requested
Provides an accurate error report and follows up with the report in order to ensure all errors are corrected
Maintains a working knowledge of all resorts, Company products, and services as they related to marketing and the Company as a whole
Responsible for accurate data entry
Completes all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned
Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
A minimum one year of experience in the audit, hospitality, or timeshare field required
Maintains a typing proficiency at a rate of 35 words per minute
Exemplary organizational skills
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to interpret and create spreadsheets
Able to use sound judgment; work independently, with minimal supervision
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
