Responsibilities
Work with Internal Risk / Compliance teams and Vendors/Suppliers to ensure that all internal and external regulatory requirements are met
Work closely with solution architects and other technology staff to deliver project results while implementing risk analysis and meeting required deliverables
Managing the technical relationship with our external vendors to execute new RBC policies and requirements in a timely manner
Develop documents for IT applications, system specifications, and test plans according to existing standards and methodologies
Ability to manage all aspects of testing, verification, implementation planning, and coordination
Prepare and deliver presentations to business and technology partners, senior management, and executives by selecting the appropriate approach based on the audience
Resolves conflicts/issues and reports through proper channels as appropriate
Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and interface groups using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to close
Qualification
Required
5 – 10 years of Vendor Management Experience
Experienced working with API's, from creation through troubleshooting
Proficient in technical documentation and training including process mapping
Ability to manage all aspects of testing, verification, implementation planning, and coordination
Prepare and deliver presentations to business and technology partners, senior management, and executives by selecting the appropriate approach based on the audience
Resolves conflicts/issues and reports through proper channels as appropriate
Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and interface groups using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to close
Preferred
Proficient in Jira/Confluence and Service Now
Experience in Salesforce (or similar applications)
Knowledgeable in the Financial Advisory industry
