Client Services Representative
Digital Assurance Certification, LLC (DAC) offers post-issuance securities and tax compliance services to the municipal securities market. The Client Services Representative will provide exceptional support to clients, manage communications, and ensure customer satisfaction while acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.

Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Client Services and Customer Service to deliver exceptional experiences and build lasting client relationships
Excellent Communication skills to facilitate clear and effective exchanges between clients and team members
Customer Satisfaction expertise with a focus on promptly resolving issues and fostering positive client engagements
Understanding of Finance principles, including knowledge of securities, compliance, or related areas
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in common software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the financial services or municipal securities industry is a plus
