Responsibilities
Collect construction, space usage, photographic, and measurement data at assigned real estate properties
Use tablets, LiDAR scanners, web applications, and drafting software to capture accurate building data
Accurately enter and update data in CIDARE systems and client appraisal platforms
Communicate professionally with property owners and municipal assessors, providing excellent customer service
Follow established data collection processes with precision and attention to detail
Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to improve workflows and efficiency
Ensure all collected data is complete, accurate, and properly loaded into required systems
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Authorized to work in the United States
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Comfortable learning and using new technology
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently in the field
Preferred
Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting building plans
Experience in real estate appraisal, property assessment, construction, building maintenance, insurance adjusting, or real estate sales
Customer service experience
Associate's degree in architecture, construction, or construction management
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
