Responsibilities
Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints
Provide services such as license, registration, title, permit, or eligibility information
Check to ensure that appropriate changes are made to resolve issues, keep records of interactions, resolve service or billing complaints, complete contract forms, refer complaints for further review, and handle billing and payments
Additional responsibilities include handling money receipts, preparing deposits, and using discretion while handling sensitive customer situations, with an emphasis on excellent communication and record-keeping skills
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma or GED
Follows established guidelines
Solving difficult customer service complaints/problems
Customer service experience
