Responsibilities

Demonstrated program management skills in complex production and sustainment efforts across multiple factories
Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems
Ability to communicate and execute a strategic vision for the portfolio
Demonstrated ability to manage a geographically diverse team
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively build and lead cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate to both program teams and executive leadership
Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to achieve results through others
Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and manage budgets effectively
Extensive experience in managing and overseeing subcontractor relationships
In-depth experience in identifying and mitigating Risks and Opportunities (R&O) to drive project success
Skilled in dynamic scope management, ensuring projects stay on track and aligned with goals
