Responsibilities
Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new client relationships in the Chicagoland area
Manage the full business development cycle—from prospecting to closing and account management
Conduct outreach via phone, email, video, and in-person meetings
Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver tailored solutions
Represent CFS with professionalism, integrity, and a consultative approach
Qualification
Required
2+ years of sales or business development experience with a track record of success
Strong communicator across all platforms—phone, email, social media, and in-person
Self-motivated, competitive, and team-oriented
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build your own book of business
Positive attitude and sense of humor
