Partner Account Manager
SEEL is seeking a motivated Partner Account Manager to build and manage relationships with contractors, distributors, and other industry partners who support their energy efficiency programs. The role focuses on engaging and training trade allies to promote program offerings and deliver high-quality customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow a network of trade allies through regular communication and support
Provide training on program requirements, incentives, and best practices
Monitor partner performance and help optimize results
Recruit new trade allies to expand market reach
Assist partners with project submissions and compliance requirements
Track activities and maintain accurate data in CRM systems
Qualification
Required
2–4 years in account management, partnerships, energy programs, HVAC, construction, or related fields
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple partners and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM tools
