Responsibilities
Driving occupancy and revenue growth across a portfolio of flexible workspace locations
Conducting high-quality and captivating in-person and virtual tours of our spaces, showcasing the Industrious product and value proposition
Managing your sales pipeline efficiently, following up with prospects and moving them through the funnel while providing an excellent customer experience
Communicating effectively with prospective customers in person, over the phone, or via email
Devising creative ways to drive sales, including marketing campaigns and customer incentives
Collaborating closely with business development, marketing, and onsite teams to close sales
Qualification
Required
Candidates must live within easy commuting distance of our locations

You are meticulous when it comes to managing your sales pipeline
You are an excellent communicator, whether in person, over the phone, or via email
You are energized by selling and closing deals
