The IT Manager will be a hands-on technical leader responsible for implementing and supporting manufacturing and enterprise systems within the new US production plant.

Responsibilities
Implement and support manufacturing systems, including MES, QMS, EMS, WMS, PMS , and other production-related software in the automotive parts industry
Lead software system installation, configuration, debugging, testing, user training, and system acceptance
Collect, analyze, and document business and customer requirements , translating them into technical specifications
Provide technical support and after-sales service for manufacturing and enterprise systems
Communicate regularly with domestic and global IT teams , reporting implementation progress and system performance
Install and configure industrial computers, printers, and production-related hardware
Support shop-floor systems and resolve real-time production system issues to minimize downtime
Coordinate with equipment vendors and automation partners for system integration
Create and maintain technical documentation, system manuals, and SOPs
Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot potential issues
Support IT/OT infrastructure including networks, servers, databases, and industrial devices
Ensure system stability, data integrity, and compliance with internal and customer requirements
Travel to project sites or customer locations as needed to support system implementation
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Automation, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
1+ year of hands-on experience in system implementation or automation engineering (manufacturing environment preferred)
Experience implementing or supporting manufacturing execution systems (MES)
Working knowledge of at least one database platform: MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
Ability to write technical documents and system requirements independently
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
Willingness to support on-site project work, business travel, and periods of high project intensity
Preferred
Experience with MES implementation in automotive parts manufacturing
Familiarity with ERP, QMS, WMS, or industrial automation systems
Experience working in a plant startup or greenfield manufacturing environment
Knowledge of IT/OT integration and shop-floor systems
Bilingual in Mandarin or Spanish
