Chief Enterprise Architect / SME (TS/SCI w/ CI Poly)
Praescient Analytics is seeking a Chief Enterprise Architect / Subject Matter Expert to support the Defense Intelligence Agency’s National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC). This role provides senior-level enterprise architecture, systems engineering, and technical advisory support for mission-critical intelligence platforms across the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense.

Responsibilities
Provide enterprise architecture and systems engineering advisory support across NMEC platforms
Guide technology strategy, modernization efforts, and future-state architecture
Ensure systems comply with IC, DoD, and DIA cybersecurity and architecture standards
Support mission applications, data exploitation tools, workflows, and cloud/on-prem environments
Lead high-level requirements definition, architecture reviews, and change management
Advise senior government leadership on emerging technologies and enterprise solutions
Support Agile/SAFe solution and release trains, APIs, and interoperability strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of relevant experience, or 24+ years of equivalent SME experience
Demonstrated expertise in: Enterprise architecture and systems engineering, Intelligence Community IT environments, Mission application integration and modernization
Extensive experience with enterprise architecture and systems engineering in IC/DoD environments
Deep knowledge of intelligence operations, digital media exploitation, and enterprise IT platforms
Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph
U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred
Experience supporting DIA, NMEC, or similar IC exploitation organizations
Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments
Experience with cloud migration strategies and hybrid environments
Strong briefing, executive writing, and stakeholder engagement skills
