This role involves overseeing general ledger accounting, cash management, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations for multiple locations.

Responsibilities
Lead and support the monthly close process across multiple plant and corporate entities
Oversee bank reconciliations and manage all domestic cash activity
Maintain and enhance short- and long-term cash flow forecasting models
Provide analytical support and guidance on intercompany transactions, payroll, AP, tax, and other financial obligations
Serve as a key player in the implementation and optimization of JD Edwards
Partner closely with the Controller to drive operational efficiency and implement process improvements
Contribute to special projects, new site openings, and financial operations strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
5–7+ years of experience in general accounting
Strong Excel and ERP system skills
Preferred
CPA preferred but not required
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (preferred company size: $300M+ revenue)
Prior experience with cloud-based systems a plus
Manufacturing or distribution industry experience strongly preferred
