Responsibilities
As a DevSecOps Engineer for the C2BMC Program, you’ll be a key member of a crossfunctional engineering team responsible for designing, automating, securing, and maintaining the configuration baselines that enable reliable, missioncritical missile defense operations
You will drive InfrastructureasCode, STIG automation, and endtoend system provisioning pipelines that ensure C2BMC systems remain secure, compliant, and deployable at scale
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field
8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire
U.S. citizenship is required
Preferred
Hands-on experience automating DoD STIG hardening using Ansible, Python, or similar tools
Building and operating CI/CD pipelines with integrated security scanning and compliance checks
Developing Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Ansible, Terraform, Packer, or cloud-based secret management tools
Creative thinker with a track record of leading secure automation across the systems lifecycle
Collaborative team player eager to provide technical leadership and position others for success
Thorough knowledge of technology trends and willingness to champion new ideas and process improvements
Skilled communicator with a knack for translating technical complexity into actionable solutions
