Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA initiatives
Manage complex transformation engagements for clients, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
Oversee all project phases, releases, and components using TCS delivery methodology based on SAP Activate
Monitor program-level status, metrics, issues, and risks, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
Ensure overall completion and sign-off on program deliverables, maintaining stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Program or Project Manager for SAP S/4HANA implementations
Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and large-scale transformation programs
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP program management roles
