Business Analyst
Morgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people. They are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to deliver data-driven insights that inform case operations and guide strategic decisions, ensuring peak efficiency and exceptional client value.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide in-depth, digestible, and visual insights using Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel
Collaborate with Operations leadership to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights that drive operational efficiency
Build workflow automations and execute ad hoc data management projects to enhance efficiency of case operations
Ensure data integrity and SOP compliance by designing systems to monitor case activity
Manage multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, operations, or a related role
Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel required
Analytically curious with the ability to proactively recognize insights and opportunities beyond the original project scope
Be a problem-solver. Thinking about the key metrics that will drive success and how to make processes better
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with a preference for Business or STEM fields
Preferred
Coding experience (e.g. Python, R, etc) preferred
