Start in 2026 WinterSencore is seeking an IT Intern to assist their IT team with daily operations and support staff in the IT environment. The intern will be involved in hardware/software setup, basic troubleshooting, system maintenance, user support, and assisting with various IT projects.

Responsibilities
Supporting the IT teams with daily operations like hardware/software setup
Basic troubleshooting (printers, PCs, networks)
System maintenance (updates, backups)
User support
Assisting with projects (network cable pulls, network cable termination, Network switch installs, door access hardware installs, and surveillance video installs)
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Networking, computer science, or similar computer science related field of study
Solid personal performance traits, such as communications, dependability, extra effort, problem solving/trouble shooting, etc
Personal and/or Server Computer hardware assembly, disassembly, installation, and troubleshooting a plus
Networking knowledge
Ability to lift/carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
Physical mobility is necessary to procure parts and equipment
Must have good to excellent vision, hearing and dexterity
