Magellan Financial is a national, independent financial distribution and marketing company seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead their recruiting efforts for independent financial advisors. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader responsible for recruiting top talent, managing a team, and driving P&L outcomes, all while working on-site in Topeka, KS.

Qualification
Required
Proven experience in recruiting independent financial advisors
Experience leading and developing a team of recruiters
Ability to own P&L outcomes for advisor acquisition
Hands-on leadership style with a focus on high-stakes closing
Ability to thrive in an office environment
Experience in high-velocity sales roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Track record of leading a national sales floor
Ego strength to be measured strictly by performance metrics
Preferred
Experience with Hybrid RIAs & Insurance Producers
Experience selling multi-million dollar business partnerships
Background in financial services or related industries
