Responsibilities
Oversee accounts receivable processes, including invoice preparation, payment processing, and account reconciliations
Monitor outstanding balances
Manage collections
Maintain accurate records
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Prepare financial reports
Support efforts to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation
Skills in financial reporting, recordkeeping, and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations
Experience in managing collections and monitoring outstanding balances
Proficiency in accounting software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
Strong interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus
