The Community Services Program Assistant will support the Immigrant Support Center and assist with resident services and programming, focusing on engaging and providing resources for families in the community.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain positive relationships with program participants

Supervise and actively engage with youth during program activities

Provide resources, referrals, and ongoing support to families

Respond promptly and courteously to participant concerns or inquiries

Plan and implement weekly youth enrichment activities and family-focused social events

Assist in the planning and facilitation of monthly workshops

Assist with the coordination and execution of community program events

Assist with volunteer recruitment, training, and management

Support program administrative tasks, including data collection, reporting, and grant-related documentation

Ability to work in diverse settings, including community spaces and program sites

Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs. for program/event materials
