Administrative Assistant
Amrize is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant based in Port Arthur, TX, to manage and process administrative functions for the Maintenance department. The role involves resolving customer service issues, record keeping, and promoting a culture of safety within the team.

Resolve customer service issues
Record keeping - purchase orders, invoicing
PTO processing for the maintenance team
Maintenance team company mobile phone program

Qualification
Required
High School diploma/GED
3 years related work experience
Ability to multi-task
