Responsibilities
Open and maintain deposit accounts, executing all CIP requirements
Understand all products and services and explain accurately when offering to customers
Work with customers to resolve questions and concerns, escalating to appropriate supervisor or department, as necessary
Qualification
Required
Minimum one (1) year of proven customer service experience
Previous experience in banking and knowledge of banking processes
Basic clerical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
High school diploma or GED
Strong customer service and interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of bank products, services, and regulatory requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Desire to be involved in the community
