New Grad, Entry LevelThe University of Canberra is seeking a creative and energetic Alumni Coordinator to join their Advancement team. The role focuses on coordinating programs and events to engage alumni, managing communications, and maintaining alumni records to support the University’s Reconnected Plan.

Responsibilities
Bringing alumni to life: coordinate programs, events and volunteer initiatives that connect, celebrate and engage UC’s 106,000+ alumni
Communicating with impact: craft and manage eNewsletters, social media, website content and other communications that inform, inspire and build lasting connections
Keeping us connected: maintain accurate alumni records, track engagement activities and generate insights to guide strategic decisions
The go-to person: manage alumni contact points and merchandise requests, while supporting other initiatives that strengthen the Advancement Office and UC community
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational capability
Confidence using CRM systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with email marketing tools
Ability to manage competing priorities
Experience supporting engagement programs or events from planning through to delivery
High attention to detail
Reliability
Flexible, can-do approach
Relevant degree with relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and/or training/education
Valid working rights at the time of submission
Current ACT working with vulnerable people registration
