Responsibilities
Actively seek and develop new business relationship through referrals and regular visits to client sites
Advise clients on the plans and benefits that best suit their needs (eg. medical, dental, vision)
Generate premium quotes for clients, service new and existing clients on enrollment and renewal
Review clients' forms in enrollment, cancellation, and changes. Follow up with insurance carriers
Attend regular seminars to enhance product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients
Ensure compliance with up-to-date federal and state regulations
Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in health insurance field
Active license in Life, Health, and Accident insurance
Proficient in computer skills - MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, professional phone etiquette
Preferred
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, or Korean is a plus
