Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, order picking, and inventory management to meet company performance goals
Manage and coordinate international shipping processes to ensure compliance with regulations and timely delivery of goods
Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and optimize storage and distribution workflows
Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to maintain high productivity, safety standards, and quality control
Lead consumable QA inspection process for incoming consumable media and suggest revisions to the process where needed
Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and distribution teams to streamline operations and resolve any issues impacting order fulfillment
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. In lieu of formal education, work experience will be considered
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
Proven knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures
Experience with shipping and receiving processes, including international shipping regulations
Strong understanding of supply chain operations and distribution center management

Preferred

Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP)
Experience working in a small to medium sized distribution center or multi-site warehouse environment
Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to support operational decision-making
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead change initiatives
