Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Mechanical Engineering and Sustainment Support
Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and innovative problem-solving
Ability to manage multiple tasks and contribute to Project Management activities
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Preferred
Experience in the defense or aerospace industry is a plus
