Responsibilities

Crafting and executing strategies for a wide range of projects
Building and maintaining "Trusted Advisor" relationships with creative, account, and client teams
Developing comprehensive experience strategies that encompass physical, digital, social, and mobile elements
Creating reusable templates for strategy best practices
Crafting clear and compelling creative briefs
Actively participating in ideation sessions
Exploring new experience strategies, technology-enabled engagements, and industry best practices
Engaging in research and planning activities
Assisting with the auditing and analysis of events
Leading client conversations and presentations

Qualification

Required

Undergraduate degree required
3 to 5 years client / agency experience in a related role
B2B experience
Technology experience
Excellent writing skills
Strong presentation skills
Proficient in Windows environment (Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point,) and other digital communications technologies (Salesforce, Chatter, Lync, Webex, etc.)
Proficient in Apple hardware and software
Knowledge of and experience in using research tools and methodologies
Understanding of best practices regarding analytics and marketing measurement
Communication - Express yourself clearly in writing and through visual imagery, presenting and communicating complex ideas and concepts clearly and simply
Insight Development - Be fluent in various research and discovery techniques as they apply to Strategy & Planning
Marketing Expertise - Advanced knowledge of marketing and communications best practices and how they apply to our business, including Experiential/Event, Traditional, Digital, Social, Mobile and PR
Resourceful - Be decisive and fast acting. Self-direct without a need for constant supervision. Take control of situations and deliver proactively. Figure out a way to a solution in spite of the challenges. Over promise and over deliver
Travel is up to 20% – domestic and / or international

Preferred

Graduate degree in business, marketing, communications, or writing
Experience in these key areas: experiential marketing, strategy, planning, marketing, digital marketing and/or advertising, content, writing, copywriting
Experience in digital, social and mobile technologies, strategies and tactics
