Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruitment process for key technical roles, including: Full Stack Engineers, ML Engineers, DevOps & QA Engineers and any other technical hiring requirement that may come up as we grow
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring priorities and shape recruiting strategies
Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline through creative sourcing and networking across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and professional communities
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Autonomize AI’s mission and culture
Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, and offer negotiations efficiently and transparently
Track and report recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
Qualification
Required
4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth tech or startup environments
Proven success in hiring across software engineering, AI, and data-related roles
Deep understanding of technical stacks, modern development practices, and AI/ML talent markets
Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.), and recruitment analytics
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
High sense of ownership, adaptability, and a passion for building great teams
