Responsibilities
Act as Scrum Master to bridge the gap between digital transformation initiatives and shop floor smart factory operations
Apply Agile methodology specifically for teams implementing or maintaining MES software such as:
Manage unique challenges of deploying IT solutions (Agile) in Operational Technology (OT) environments
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
Ensure adherence to Agile principles and best practices across MES implementation teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver MES solutions aligned with business objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
6–8 years of experience in MES and Agile project management
Proven Scrum Master experience in manufacturing or smart factory environments
Strong understanding of MES platforms and digital transformation strategies
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
