Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a coherent program strategy to align resources across the many sub-groups of the Data Platform and MlOps org as projects move from one to the next
Maintain a source of truth on the status, risks, blockers, and staffing for all team initiatives; update stakeholders internal and external to the team org on these as they evolve
Anticipate complexity and break it down to simplify and de-risk projects
Work independently and self sufficiently to solve problems; escalating to management’s attention as needed
Identify inefficiencies in the team and propose solutions for more streamlined processes
Qualification
Required
You have 6+ years of experience in technical program management or a related field
You are a skilled and versatile problem solver. You can operate in ambiguity and anticipate potential challenges
You are an excellent communicator both in writing and speaking
You have strong program management and Excel skills and a knack for organizing information
You lead with and practice psychological safety
You can rally stakeholders forward at a challenging yet sustainable pace and successfully partner with diverse technical and non technical stakeholders both internally and externally to the Data Platforms and MLOps organization
You listen with the intent to understand and grow, take on feedback quickly and share feedback with others to help everyone grow
