Head of Brand & Operations
Rooted Broth is transforming the way people enjoy bone broth with its innovative products, and they are seeking a Head of Brand & Operations to support the business across various operational and marketing needs. This role will involve developing brand strategy, managing operations, and collaborating closely with the founder to scale the brand effectively.

Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of brand strategy across DTC, retail, partnerships, and community growth
Ensure brand identity remains consistent across packaging, digital channels, retail presence, and partnerships
Coordinate marketing execution with external agencies/partners to keep campaigns, content, and deliverables moving
Coordinate marketing initiatives including content planning, UGC/creator coordination, sampling moments, partnerships, and launch timelines
Support PR initiatives by helping manage outreach timelines, product seeding, press materials, and brand storytelling assets
Identify and support brand-building opportunities in NYC (events, wellness studios, gyms, hotels, community collaborations)
Own day-to-day operations including order flow, fulfillment coordination, inventory tracking, and vendor management
Improve and document operational workflows to streamline efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
Maintain accurate tracking across timelines, orders, and operational priorities to ensure consistent execution
Serve as a key point of coordination with co-packers and supply chain vendors
Track production timelines, packaging components, labeling readiness, and documentation needed for smooth production runs
Maintain and organize key operational documentation (specs, run schedules, vendor communication, approvals)
Work closely with the founder to turn priorities into execution plans and weekly operating rhythms
Proactively identify what’s missing, anticipate needs, and solve issues before they become problems
Support cross-functional coordination to keep projects moving quickly and clearly
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across internal and external stakeholders
Experience with co-packers, production coordination, packaging components, inventory, or fulfillment workflows
Comfort collaborating with agencies, contractors, or external marketing teams
Preferred
5+ years of relevant experience preferred (CPG/startup)
Passion for health and wellness innovation is a plus
