The Accounting Clerk provides administrative and accounting support to the Food & Beverage Finance Manager, handling responsibilities such as A/P and A/R processing, GL entries, and month-end closing activities.

Responsibilities

Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Create purchase orders using the online AP system
Gather invoices from the Warehouse Receiver and upload/organize them in a shared drive
Process and pay invoices, matching them to corresponding purchase orders
Assist with vendor setup and onboarding in the AP system
Monitor the Accounts Payable mailbox
Assist with month-end closing tasks as assigned
Perform additional clerical duties as assigned
