Administrative Assistant
Pyramid Healthcare is a pre-eminent behavioral healthcare provider, operating a residential Substance Use Disorder treatment center in Quakertown. They are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage front office tasks, assist with client intake processes, and maintain office organization.

Responsibilities
Manage the front office of the facility
Oversee medical records filing, transcription, transfer of records, and assist the facility in completing these responsibilities
Perform basic clerical duties including, but not limited to, answering phones, mailing, administrative filing, copying, faxing, and typing
Assemble client packets and keep them updated
Assist with the intake process and billing sheets
Correspond with referral sources
Attend staff meetings and take minutes
Maintain office equipment, including corresponding with vendors when maintenance is required
Responsible for the appearance, cleanliness, and organization of the office
Complete all reports
Maintain the policy and procedure book
Other duties as deemed necessary
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Administrative Assistant/Secretarial experience
Strong computer and phone skills
Ability to multi-task
