Responsibilities

Assist with staffing schedules
Ongoing training of Shift Coordinators and Mental Health Technicians
Assist in provision of supervision requirements for the teams
Ensure that the overall operations of the shifts meet all policy, protocol, and licensing requirements
Ensure the highest quality of service to the clients by creating an atmosphere that is safe, respectful and positive for all
