Responsibilities
Enablement & Training (Gemini Focus): Design, coordinate, and manage comprehensive training programs for enterprise AI tools (e.g., Gemini), ensuring all employees gain the necessary skills for effective and responsible AI usage
Cross-Divisional Coordination: Act as the primary program lead, organizing regular syncs with divisional AI leads to actively promote shared learning and maintain a master, high-level list of all AI use cases and projects across the organization
AI Agent Development: Assess high-impact use-cases for AI Agents and develop end-to-end solutions to augment workflows, partnering with Corporate Tech teams as needed to support development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or a related field
Must be able to work a hybrid schedule on-site in the New York, NY office
Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs/projects
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable, business-focused language
Experience working with or a strong understanding of Generative AI tools (e.g., Google's Gemini), Machine Learning, or other advanced data technologies
Preferred
Experience in program management, project management, or a related coordination role, preferably within a technology-focused or high-growth environment
Prior experience in developing or coordinating corporate learning and development programs, especially for technical or software platforms
Familiarity with project/program management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, etc.) and portfolio management techniques
