Responsibilities

Bills of sales- Preparing and receiving (distributing copies/check(s) to accounting)

Handling Illinois license plates:

IRP license plates (applying for new and renewals)

Trailer plates (applying for new and renewals)

Illinois plates (applying for new and renewals)

Requests for replacement plates

Handling titles:

Applying for new titles

Filling out bills of sale

Sending to locations to retitle

Receiving and documenting

Handling IFTA licenses and/or stickers

Entering some maintenance into database

Handling vehicle transfers

Assign unit numbers to all company vehicles

Handling toll and driving violations

Send out new company car paperwork

Scanning documents

Adding new/updating all information in the AS400

Handling fleet charges (maintaining spreadsheet, getting past dues paid)

Handling Goodyear statements

Handling Michelin statements

Exporting vehicle information from AS400 to excel for reports for locations or in-house

Handling lease buyouts (making changes in AS400, titles, scanning)

Answer emails and phone calls with any vehicle questions or needs from locations and/or accounting department

Converting lease packages

Handling recall notices
