Responsibilities
Develop and characterize in vitro and in vivo resistance models using cancer cell lines and mouse xenograft tumor models
Perform multi-omics profiling (WES, RNA-seq, methylation analysis and other) to identify molecular alterations associated with acquired and intrinsic resistance
Conduct functional validation of candidate resistance mechanisms using gene editing and gain-of-function systems
Think critically and creatively while applying strong organizational and planning skills
Actively participate in cross-functional group collaborations, present at company internal meetings as well as at national or international scientific conferences
Qualification
Required
Ph.D. in Cancer Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or a related field
Strong background in cancer pharmacology, drug resistance, and functional genomics
Hands-on experience with CRISPR/Cas9, lentiviral systems, and mouse xenograft models
First authorship in publications in peer-reviewed journals or accepted in a peer-reviewed journal
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and scientific writing skills
Preferred
Proficiency in next-generation sequencing data analysis and interpretation
