Pragma is building a modern operating system for game development, trusted by over 100 game studios. The role involves supporting the COO and leadership team in strategic finance and business operations, with a focus on financial forecasting, business modeling, and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

Own financial forecast and model for the company and business lines

Business modeling for our various business and product lines including pricing, market forecasting and unit economics

Manage and interface with the company’s accounting/finance/tax partner (need basic accounting and tax knowledge to contribute here)

Support Board and meeting preparation

Support custom solution proposals from a finance POV for top priority Enterprise engagements

Support strategic partnerships and corporate development projects

Lead business operations including people+payroll, product support, sales & marketing support

Develop and standardize operating dashboards and reporting for leadership, sales, marketing and finance

Contribute to high priority growth initiatives alongside product, sales and marketing

Optimize operational workflows as needed

Required

2-4 years of the following experience: finance, bizops, investment banking or related fields

2-4 years of company operations; startup experience is a plus

Strong financial modeling (excel/sheets) and 3 statement accounting fluency (the role requires interfacing at a high level with our accounting support team 1-2x a month)

Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills

Need to be able to write memos and draft slides independently

Able to manage and maintain multiple projects and tasks

Experience with / ability to learn: HRIS: Rippling or related, Comp: Carta, Pave or related, Finance: Quickbooks, Bill.com, Brex

Experience with leveraging AI for day-to-day work and optimizing workflows

Travel a few times a year for company offsites and industry events

Ownership, self-drive, follow through and initiative are hard requirements
