Build and maintain strong client relationships
Support day-to-day agency operations
Participate in training, coaching, and professional development
Engage in community outreach and networking activities
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Coachable and open to feedback
Ability to work independently while following established processes
Commitment to ethical business practices
Illinois Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses (or willingness to obtain—licensing classes provided)
Series 6, 63 or 65 licenses (or willingness to obtain - licensing classes provided)
Preferred
