Accounting or Business Degree with related accounting experience
Advanced computer skills on MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), accounting software (NetSuite & QuickBooks), payroll processing systems and databases
Balance sheet reconciliation experience required
Construction cost accounting knowledge preferred
Understanding of Accounting and Financial reporting principles and practices
High level of attention to details, organization and accuracy
Problem solving skills, ability to work under pressure
Willingness to assume additional responsibilities, as needed
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Self-motivated, goals-driven, and a team player
