Educating clients so that they understand the value of the services our company provides
Conducting front-line underwriting and quoting
Serving as a subject matter expert and guide to families seeking coverage
Helping clients secure personal insurance and identity theft protection
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in sales
Passion for helping clients
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Driven to exceed targets
Excellent understanding of client needs
Ability to provide tailored insurance solutions
Tech-savvy with tools to work from home effectively
Possession of a P&C license
Effective communication in English, both written and verbal
Ability to communicate effectively via telephone for extended periods of time, up to 7 hours per day
Ability to pay attention, listen actively, analyze problems and evaluate options
Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment
Ability to interact appropriately with others
Ability to sit & stand for extended periods of time up to 7 hours per day
Ability to walk up and down stairs
Consistent attendance during normal working hours within a standard 40-hour workweek
Ability to work additional hours as required
