Director/ExecutiveFlexKey is building a marketplace that unlocks hotel inventory between check-out and check-in. They are seeking a Co-Founder, Head of Hotels (Partnerships/BD) to lead hotel partnerships and expand their market presence through strategic pilots and rollouts.

Responsibilities
Build and own the hotel pipeline: owners, operators, management companies, brands
Secure pilot agreements with properties and drive them to launch
Turn successful pilots into multi-property rollouts (portfolio expansion)
Create a repeatable playbook for contracting, onboarding, and stakeholder alignment (GM, revenue, ops, front desk)
Develop strategic relationships with key ecosystem partners (hotel tech, distribution, concierge/lifestyle channels)
Work closely with product/ops to ensure the solution fits real hotel workflows and economics
Qualification
Required
Deep relationships with hotel decision makers (owners/operators/management companies/revenue leaders)
Proven track record closing partnerships or enterprise deals in hospitality
Fluent in hotel economics and operational realities (RevPAR, GOP, displacement, staffing impact)
Strong follow-through: you don't just make intros—you drive outcomes
Low-ego, high-output builder mentality with cofounder-level ownership
