Providing policy analysis, research and outreach coordination on a range of complex projects impacting tribal communities

Supporting the implementation and ongoing compliance with federal child care program requirements

Advancing the division’s Equity Framework Screening Tool, and Equity Action Plan across CCDD

Must be an effective communicator and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of partners

What is your understanding or experience of respectful Government-to-Government relationships between states and Tribal Nations, including Tribal Child Care and Development Fund (CCCDF) Tribal Lead Agencies, Tribal Communities, and Tribal Leadership

What is your knowledge of the landscape of Tribal Communities and Tribal Leadership in California?

Have you ever had a project in which you had to establish trust and identify appropriate points of contact? What strategies did you use?
