Providing direct care and supervision to residents

Assisting with daily routines, including mealtime, bedtime, and recreational activities

Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience working with children or in a residential facility is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy
Must pass background checks
