Responsibilities
Welcome customers, answer questions, promote our unlimited wash memberships, and educate new customers on our variety of wash options and services
Guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, prep vehicles, and monitor equipment to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations
Act as a key holder responsible for opening and closing procedures and take charge of staff leadership in the absence of the Assistant Site Leader or Site Leader
Conduct vehicle checks, uphold our "Sparkle Assurance" standards, and ensure each wash meets and exceeds customer expectations
