Responsibilities

Supervise Bookkeeping: Lead and mentor the bookkeeping team to ensure all client deliverables are met with 100% accuracy and on schedule

Financial Integrity: Review and approve monthly financial statements for a portfolio of franchise clients, ensuring compliance with GAAP and franchise-specific reporting standards

Cleanup Projects: Serve as the lead bookkeeper for accounting clean-up projects, untangling historical data for clients to bring them up to Fran Metrics standards

Onboarding Integration: Serve as the main point of contact for new client onboarding, ensuring they have a standard chart of accounts in place and helping to record pre-opening transactions

Financial Reviews: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, leading monthly or quarterly financial reviews to review balance sheets, P&L's and reporting in our software
