Responsibilities
Enter data from home inspection reports into our database accurately and efficiently
Verify and correct any errors or discrepancies in the data
Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
Communicate with home inspectors to clarify any unclear or missing information
Ensure confidentiality and security of all data entered
Meet productivity and accuracy targets set by the company
Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and procedures
Other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a data entry keyer or similar role
Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Knowledge of home inspection terminology is a plus
