Account Manager Facilities Maintenance

The Account Manager will oversee a team, manage key customer relationships, provide technical guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving escalations and managing core requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance, customer service oversight & general leadership support
Manage key customer relationships, including resolving escalations and driving pro-active reporting
Ensure proper field coverage and financial oversight of programs
Cover all responsibilities for the roles within the team as needed
Vet proposed scopes of work to include pricing
Provide financial reporting, project trends & lead client meetings

Required

Highschool Degree or equivalent
Bachelor's Degree in Project Management
4+ years in multi-site Facilities Maintenance as vendor, vendor aggregator or client
1+ years in experience leading teams. Teams 4+ in size a plus
Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills
Ability to deal with ambiguity

Preferred

Ability to lead, coach & develop team members for growth
Ability to manage 10+ dynamic clients and multiple teams managing those clients. Managing roughly 1,500 requests a month
Ability to communicate effectively across dynamic teams in the field and in office
Ability to handle conflict resolution with customers, vendors & internal teams
Ability to handle frequent stressful situations and tense deadlines
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities to ensure the best interests of Davaco, the Client and your team are met
Maintain Key Performance Indicators for your customers & teams
Pro-actively resolve service delivery issues by getting ahead of the client's issue & ensuring you have the right support internal and external to manage through customer needs
Ability to replicate a high level of customer service through your teams and build client relationships
Self-starter: driven to identify & solve problems before the customer knows they exist
