They are seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS) Lead to manage and provide input to the Integrated Master Schedule, assist in implementation and transition plans, and develop the Work Breakdown Structure for a U.S. Army information technology infrastructure program.

Responsibilities

Manage and provide input to the PdM GENM-A Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)

Recommends resolution of issues for program milestone decisions

Assist in master implementation, testing, and transition plans

Develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) based on the overall system’s Physical Architecture, identifying all the major systems and subsystems down to a configuration item level

Define configuration item level in terms of calendar time and resources to complete

Place developed system time and resources into scheduling software (Microsoft Project)

Prepares, reviews, and delivers required reports and plans

Provides project support for reviews, conferences, briefings, and associated meetings

Required

Bachelor's Degree or an additional four (4) years of relevant experience allowed in lieu of a degree

Five (5) years IMS experience with at least two (2) years leading scheduling personnel

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project (Server or Online) a requirement

Demonstrated experience on programs with responsibility for development and execution of the IMS, including setup, baseline management and update/maintenance, schedule analysis, critical path analysis, SRAs, and CDRL deliveries

Experience with schedule health metrics (e.g., DCMA 14-point check) and Schedule Metric Analysis – such as BEI, CPLI, SPI, etc

Has the communication skills to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates

Active Secret Clearance

Must be located within a 30-mile radius of Fort Belvoir, VA and available onsite at GENM-A offices

Travel may be required up to 25% of the time
